About Tennis Connection
It all started in 1993 when Tennis Connection founder Brian La Porte was playing college tennis, teaching lessons at a racquet club, and attending college. Needing to update his current racquets while trying to help many of his students with their equipment needs, his disappointment grew when the local sporting goods stores couldn't show him the latest products, fit the equipment to him, or answer his questions what the right products for him would be.
In fall of 1996 Brian opened West Michigan's largest tennis store. The Tennis Connection was born. Our store is built on customer service. We continue to strive to be the best store we can be. By offering the largest selection of tennis products in West Michigan along with the knowledge to be able to help our customers understand the products and which ones might be the best for their game, all at the best pricing.
Tennis Connection is family-owned and operated right here in Grand Rapids, MI. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
